Per the CA PRA please provide:
1: A copy of the resolution that approved the extra expenditure on the library so as to make it LEED/Net Zero certified.
2: A copy of the contract or any other document that describes the duties and costs of the person who was hired to maintain the systems required to attain LEED certification.
3: A copy of the last 12 energy bills for the old library.
4: A copy of the last 12 energy bills for the new library * note that I will accept a list if you prefer to create one instead for items 3 and 4
5: A copy of any document that confirms the Library is LEED/Net Zero certified or if not certified, copies of any communication that explains why it is not.
